The key terms in short
- The membership lasts for the term shown on the plan, from the day it is activated.
- Benefits apply to self-pay, in-house bills, not to bills paid through health insurance or a TPA, and not to emergency, ICU or inpatient care.
- Full refund within 7 days of activation if no benefit has been used.
- Benefits are for the membership holder only. Family members added to the plan get a member card for identification, but no free consultations or discounts.
- Family members can be added or changed within 30 days of activation.
- Cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours before a visit to keep your free consultation.
